These terms apply when you buy from KeepYouSafe. They sit alongside our Shipping and Returns policies and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Buying from KeepYouSafe
KeepYouSafe is an online store operated by Alien IT Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 44 619 802 201). We sell to customers in Australia only. You can reach us at [email protected].
Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy the items in your cart at the listed price. We accept your order when we dispatch it, and that’s the point the sale is made. If we can’t accept an order, we’ll let you know and refund any payment in full.
Prices and GST
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay, and standard shipping is free. Now and then a price or product detail may be listed incorrectly. If we spot an error on an order you’ve placed, we’ll contact you before dispatch so you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Payment
We take payment through Stripe, and we never see or store your full card number. Our Privacy Policy explains how payment information is handled.
If an item isn’t available
If an item you’ve ordered turns out to be unavailable, we’ll cancel that item and refund you in full. We won’t swap in a different product without asking you first.
Our products
The gear we sell is designed as a consumer safety and security aid. It is not a certified life-safety or medical device, and shouldn’t be relied on as your only safeguard in an emergency.
Your consumer guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure you’re entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You’re also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they aren’t of acceptable quality and the failure doesn’t amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights, and our Returns page explains how to make a claim.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, and apart from the consumer guarantees above, our liability for any claim connected with a product or your order is limited to re-supplying the product, paying the cost of re-supply, or refunding the price you paid.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
