Who we are

What we collect
To take and deliver an order, we collect your name, email address and shipping address, along with the details of what you ordered. That’s the personal information we ask for, and we don’t collect more than we need.
Why we collect it
We use your information to process your order, deliver it, and send you order updates such as confirmation and dispatch emails. We don’t use it for anything unrelated to your purchase.
Payments
Stripe handles our payments. Stripe collects your card details directly and processes the charge, and we never see or store your full card number.
Who we share it with
We share only what’s needed to fill your order. Your name and address go to the delivery service and, where an item ships from our supplier network, to the supplier who posts it. Stripe handles your payment. We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email [email protected] and we’ll action your request. We may need to confirm who you are first, and we may keep limited records where the law requires it, such as tax records for completed sales.
Keeping your information safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as we need it to run the store and meet our legal obligations. If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date above.
