Every KeepYouSafe order ships free, right across Australia. This page covers where we deliver, how long it takes, and what happens if something goes wrong on the way.

Free shipping, Australia-wide
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. All prices on the site include GST, so the total you see at checkout is the total you pay. There are no separate delivery charges to add on.
Australia only
We deliver within Australia only and don’t ship overseas. If your delivery address is outside Australia, we won’t be able to fulfil the order.
Dispatch and delivery times
We dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Once an order is on its way, estimated delivery is 7–20 business days. Many of our items ship from our supplier network rather than a single local warehouse, so please allow the full window before chasing an order. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.
Tracking
We provide tracking where it’s available and email the details once your order leaves us. Some items ship on a service without tracking; if yours does, we’ll keep you posted by email instead.
If your order is damaged or doesn’t arrive
If your order turns up damaged, or it doesn’t arrive within the estimated window, that’s ours to sort out, not something you need to take up with the courier. Email your order number to [email protected] and we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund. This is separate from, and on top of, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
