How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Standard shipping is free on every order, Australia-wide, with no minimum spend. All prices include GST, so the total you see at checkout is the total you pay.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days, and estimated delivery is 7 to 20 business days once your order is on its way. Many items ship from our supplier network rather than a single local warehouse, so please allow the full window before chasing an order.
Do you ship outside Australia?
No. We deliver within Australia only and don’t ship overseas. If your delivery address is outside Australia, we won’t be able to fulfil the order.
Will my order have tracking?
We email you tracking details once your order leaves us, wherever tracking is available. Some items ship on a service without tracking; if yours does, we keep you posted by email instead.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging with any accessories included, and you cover the cost of return postage. Once we receive the item and check its condition, we refund the full price you paid for it.
What if an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described?
If an item is faulty, arrives damaged or isn’t as described, we cover the return postage and offer a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major problem you choose whether you want a replacement or a refund. Email your order number to [email protected] and we’ll sort it out.
How do refunds work?
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Once we’ve processed a refund it can take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Is paying on KeepYouSafe secure?
Yes. We take payment through Stripe, which collects your card details directly and processes the charge. We never see or store your full card number.
Are your products certified safety or medical devices?
No. These are consumer safety aids, not certified life-safety or medical devices. Treat them as a useful extra layer of security rather than your only safeguard in an emergency.
